Apple Standard EULA

Proofy is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies. You can review Apple's standard terms at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Proofy Free includes manual proof entry and 10 free Pro AI entries online. Proofy Basic is a one-time App Store purchase for the Apple ID used to buy it and unlocks on-device proof reading, capture, imports, sharing, export, iCloud sync, and 30-day recovery. Proofy Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription for ongoing Pro AI extraction. Proofy Pro includes the Basic features. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings. If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Pro AI extraction is subject to fair-use limits to protect service reliability and processing costs. If a quota or rate limit is reached, Proofy may ask you to subscribe, unlock Basic, continue manually, or try again later.

iCloud Availability and Recovery

iCloud sync depends on your Apple account, network availability, available iCloud storage, and Apple's CloudKit service. Proofy remains usable locally when sync is unavailable, but no cloud service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for reviewing sync status and retaining exports when required for legal, insurance, tax, or warranty purposes.

Recently Deleted provides a 30-day recovery window. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. If paid access ends, new uploads and ongoing sync are paused, while Proofy may allow pull-only restoration of an existing iCloud vault.

Pro AI Suggestions

Pro AI extraction creates editable draft suggestions from selected proof documents. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting suggested stores, dates, totals, item names, and warranty details before saving or relying on them.
